What's the difference between Lou Pinella and Dusty Baker?

i used to like lou because he held players accountable. as far as in-game management, i don't think he's all that different than a majority of managers. what's pissing me off is that he's to have retired already. he's sleepwalking. if yesterday's action indicate than he's waking up again, then i'll take him over dusty any day of the week. wouldn't even be close. if he stays the same as he has so far this year, than there really isn't that much of a difference.
