He doesn't have the balls to play for the Cubs. He can't handle the pressure. Unless he was juicing before and now off the juice, I can't think of another plausible explanation.

I can't imagine someone would juice in 2008, but stop in 2009.
As far as his balls go, with the whole team in the shitter, I can't imagine it's pressure that's doing this.
