and whats really frustrating is the cardinals weren't all that great this series either. it's not like they were beating our asses. in fact, our starting pitching was real good. 3 wasted efforts.

and on top of all that, the cardinals were beginning to slide. now they're right back in it, playing with confidence. thinking they're good.
