The Brewers won more playoff games than the Cubs last year.
Just sayin'.
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
so?
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
My point was that they are for real. They were for real last year when you didn't sweat them. So maybe they're for real this year as you aren't sweating them.
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
They were for real with the best pitcher on the planet for half the season and another one that Gallardo won't top in production.
<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd-->
Their offense is much better, though -- they're showing a lot more patience at the plate and actually taking walks (so far, their offense looks a lot like ours did last year). They have a solid bullpen, and Ned Yost is no longer at the helm. They could match their win total from last season and it wouldn't surprise me at all.
