It looked like O'neil was trying to pop it back in place. If I was a betting man, I'd go with dislocated shoulder.

Let's hope it is just a dislocation. They hurt like a son of a bitch but they aren't that big of a deal in the long run.

Yep, I hope thats what it is and nothing more. In football games, I've seen guys dislocate their shoulder, roll around in pain and then be back next quarter.
