No. I think Palmeiro and McGwire are the only retired players with 500+ HRs not in the Hall. I don't think Bonds, Frank Thomas, or Sosa are technically retired yet.
Active players with 500 are Manny, A-Rod, Thome, Sheffield, and Griffey.
