Every stray cat should be shot on the spot, I'm 100% serious. House cats/pet cats are a totally different story.

The same thing should be done to every feral animal out there. If you really think those cats belong on the streets or bring anything positive to the world, you're severely mistaken. Cats were breed to be pets, once they are no longer pets, they serve no purpose and lead an awful life. Stray cats can't be rehabbed to become productive house cats, it doesn't happen. It's not cruel to exterminate stray cats, it's the right thing to do.
