<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->No, though it's too bad considering two of the female leads (Morton and Williams) are quite ravishing. The closest you get is Emily Watson showing off her grotesque form and a few other scenes where viagra could have come in handy.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
OK. Call me crazy, but I've always thought Emily Watson was kind of cute...and I thought she looked pretty good in this movie.
***SPOILERS***
The sequence where he's watching his wife (Williams) in their fake apartment arguing with the actor "playing" him and she's arguing with him that the guy playing him keeps hitting on her, but he doesn't answer -- the guy playing him does. Which then leads to the argument in the fake apartment, which leads her to tell him she's moving out, but, "You can keep the apartment -- the real one." Then he goes to the "real" apartment, which may or may not be the real apartment to move some boxes out and Williams is there practicing lines for her new play...
Man, that was freaking brilliant. And there were tons of moments like those which were just so well choreographed and well done.
The relationship with PSH and his daughter (his first daughter, Olive) and how that unfolds...there were a handful of moments that brought tears to my eyes. And I honestly shed tears at the end of the movie.
***END SPOILERS***
It's a good thing there were plenty of funny moments sprinkled throughout, or I'd be curled up fetal on my bed right now...and for the rest of the week.
