I actually voted for the 34 start limit, not really sure why. You could still stream pitchers, but it would at least be more of a challenge. I figure I'll have one RP that I'll carry in my P slots, and if you get a SP with dual eligibility, you can pitch him in the RP slots... There's potential for an extra 68 starts there. I'd much rather be able to carry a few extra starting pitchers on my roster through the season and rotate them, so the 34 starts limit wouldn't allow me to do that.
