The teams that really abused it had over 100 transactions last season... that's ridiculous. Of course there were a few that had less than 10, but Glove for example dropped off the face of the earth after week 1. I've never had a full fantasy season in which I haven't had at least 50 transactions without really streaming pitchers, though I do like to grab a SP that has a good matchup every now and then. I always scour the waiver wire for in season values, and it's really paid off for me in the past. I can't imagine going through a whole season with the team I've drafted, because it's never come close to happening for me. There are always opportunities to improve your team. I think 75 is a fair limit to keep streaming to a minimum, while allowing people to take a chance on waiver wire pickups in season.
