i had a hard time putting him in my top 5 favorite cubs even when he was dominating...he just didn't seem like a cub. i don't think he ever wanted to be here.

All I know is that there was no other player for a period of 2.5 years that I wanted out there wearing that uniform and on the mound as badly as Prior. I liked the fact that he wasn't the typical Cub who was just happy to be here, coddling fans and reporters, blah blah blah. Anyway, I'll stop now because this will turn into another 20 page discussion on this guy and I don't want that, believe me.
