You realize Crosby as a hitter is pretty much on par with Miles, right?

He's not close to Miles as a hitter actually, but he's a helluva shortstop and I think he'd make an easier transition to other positions than most.

Yeah a .007 difference in their career OPS isn't close at all.

Miles was a .317 hitter last year and hit over .290 the year before that . Crosby hasn't had an OBP over .300 since 2006. Shit, Miles had a higher slugging percentage the last 3 years. Who cares though? It's a backup infielder. Look around the league, they're all like this. Again, the Phillies just won a world series with Eric Bruntlett playing a ton of games. The Rays went there with Akinori Iwamura and Jason Bartlett as their starting middle infielders.

I responded to KB on this because I know how much he dislikes Miles and found it strange that he would want to trade Fuk for a guy that's as bad of a hitter as a guy he thinks is awful.
