Pretty darn impressive.
BTW, I know it was in limited action and all, but Rich Harden's ERA+ on the Cubs last year was 253.
Small sample size, he was really babied, blah, blah...yeah, I know. But still. To put that in perspective, Sandy Koufax never had a year in his career with a number that high. It's a better number than Pedro put up in his unreal 1999 season.
Needless to say, those guys threw a hell of a lot more innings. But there's pretty much no doubt in my mind that Harden is a truly elite pitcher.

There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance
