As Ace points out, Heilman had OVER a K-per-inning last year. So maybe he just had a bad luck/bad vibe year, and could bounce back in '09. I will admit, it is certainly possible.
However, to expect him to pitch 200 innings (ala Marquis) when he has never come <i>close</i> to that total...kind of a crapshoot, at best, no?

There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance
