Will the Cubs be able to get a valuable player on the cheap?
#28
He never went Hollywood, I just call anybody with a Ho name that. As for Hinske:
<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->The Pirates, mostly quiet this off-season, are closing in on a one-year contract with free-agent infielder/outfielder Eric Hinske, according to a major-league source.

An agreement could be reached as soon as Wednesday, the source said. The deal would pay Hinske between $1 million and $2 million guaranteed, plus incentives.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

That's a cheaper deal than I anticipated, but I'd imagine he could make quite a bit more with incentives since he should get 400-500 at bats with the Buccos.
