Obviously I haven't seen the contract that was signed, but my guess is that the contract said something to the effect that any of the perks being described would be subject to change or elimination at the Marlins' discretion. It doesn't mean that the Marlins didn't totally screw the ticket buyers, but it could mean that the fans would not be able to defend themselves by saying the Marlins breached the contract first.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.
