Quote:The Indians are the ones who should really feel foolish about trading Archer.Perhaps, but at the time the Indians traded him Archer was still a high risk prospect with serious control issues to work out and a very high era. When we traded him, he was finally starting to show some promise and consistency. I will grant you that the Indians have nothing to show for that trade, while we were at least able to flip Garza for some bullpen arms and other useful parts like Olt and hopefully Edwards. Still could end up being nothing in the end though, depending on injuries and such. Hopefully Edwards ends up a stud and we look back and laugh about it.
