I'm all for getting Bradley, but mostly for entertainment reasons. He's awesome for that.
As for his value to the team, he's Kerry Wood (to a T).
World-class talent, truly shocking injury history.
Since he became a starter, these are Bradley's GAMES PLAYED:
last year: 126
2007-61
(2-year average of 94)
2006-96 (3-year average of 94)
2005-75 (4-year average of 90)
2004-141 (5 year average of 100)
2003-101 (6 year average of 100)
2002-98 (7 year average of, well, 99.7, or less than 100 games per year)
So pick your number folks. At almost any point in his career, he seems to be a lock
for missing 60+ games. And we just traded DeRosa. And no DH to fall back on. Wheeee!

There's nothing better than to realize that the good things about youth don't end with youth itself. It's a matter of realizing that life can be renewed every day you get out of bed without baggage. It's tough to get there, but it's better than the dark thoughts. -Lance
