Maybe it's just me, but if some strange big black guy in a trench coat pulled me aside and said, "Nick, theres actually this thing around you that makes everything in the world tick. If the reaction were a genuine "holy shit...thats shocking....get out of town" kind of "woah" I wouldn't have issue. It was how he delivered it that killed it for me.

I think it would have been funny if instead of Keanu Reeves playing Neo they used JB Smoove (Leon, CYE) and instead of "whoa" he says "GET THE FUCK OUT OF HERE!!".
