Let's not forget that KW is a freakin' genius of a GM. He knew that there was no reason to hold onto to Putz, Jenks or sign a high-priced closer.

BTW, I'm waiting for Sox fans to come up with some dumb ass slogan like, "The Sox are near perfect through through 7 (or 8?) innings". Too management forgot that the game is 9 innings long and those 6 blown saves led to 5 defeats.
