I was listening to the game on the radio down here in the Smokies, and not only was Carpenter solid, but he was out dueling Teheran for the Braves, who is a monster prospect.

That's pretty cool. I miss them being closer, especially now that their pitching talent is what it is.
Enjoy the trip, that part of the state is badass this time of year. Unlike this side of the state, where it is 110 in the shade and every morning you wake up, walk outisde and breathe you wonder why you live here.

it's pretty much rained every day here, and it's hot, but man it's gorgeous in the mountains. I'm only about 10 miles from Smokies Stadium, but I couldn't convince the wife and kids to use one of our vacation nights at the park.
