I have never seen a pitcher perform so dominantly for such a long stretch. He's had like 10 consecutive absolutely dominating performances, 6 of which have come as a 21 year old in AA. If he were a "name" prospect in the Yankees system, we'd be hearing about him daily.
Now, that said, his WHIP has been very good (not great) due to the high walk numbers, and he's only going 5ish innings in his starts (33 innings pitched in 6 AA starts). And the answer to your question is yes. Incidentally, many at the time of the deal said that Archer was the centerpiece, even if he was the least well known. The description of him at the time reminds me a whole lot of this new Wallach kid, actually.
