I won't make excuses for Z, but he's been a ticking time-bomb here for the better part of 2 seasons. I have no idea what could have been done to handle him better, but it seems to have become almost a full-time job recently for Lou and Hendry. Was he mismanaged in many instances? You could definitely argue that, but in the end it was probably just a matter of time before Z's frustration over his diminishing skills would boil over, and he was never going to be mature enough to deal with it in a professional way. It is clear that he needs a change of scenery, and even if we had better management in place right now, the relationship can't be patched up.
