Here is the difference between this incident and the others. Z wasn't singling out Lee or any one individual like in the Barrett episode. He was calling out the entire team. That's pretty damning. If it were a one-off event and this was just simple frustration, it would be understandable. I don't see it that way though. I see a player with diminishing skills who isn't mature enough to work through his problems. His only reaction is to blame everyone around him. He must feel very isolated at the moment, but he's brought it upon himself. Sure, some of this could have been handled better by Lou and Hendry, but at a certain point they can't be expected to coddle Z at all times. He can't be managed.
In the bigger picture, this team is done. The window of opportunity is now closed. I won't shed a tear over losing Z or anyone else. I'm over him, and won't defend him any longer.
