It might be a little shocking to people who don't realize how the music industry works.
The Tommy James part of the bio is fascinating enough (rock star in the 60's, drugs & sex, NYC vibe of that era, how the songs were written and produced), but the real story is Morris Levy and the Roulette Records office, which was basically the Bada Bing for the Genovese crime family in the 60's and 70's.
