Is apparently a huge Cubs fan. Anyone else know he was a celebrity Cubs fan? Yes...I'm bored.

Then Obama better replace him on the bench with another Cub's fan.
That should be his #1 criteria.

Dick Cheney is also a Cubs fan, and so is Blagojevich. Let's hope he looks at other criteria than just that one.

Cheney is?

I actually heard Blagojevich is one of the favorites to succeed Stevens. Probably.

Where can I get odds?. I'd bet the deed to the farm against that nomination seeing the light of day.

Cheney is...but, wore a big bright red Cincinnati jacket when throwing out the first pitch a couple of years ago.

He used to read a ticker. Was he a fan? Did he have any idea what he was reading?

Well, he did grow up in north-central Illinois, so if he followed baseball, it's highly likely he was a Cub or White Sox fan.

Yuck I didn't realize Cheney and Rumsfeld claimed Cubs fandom...although I did forget that Rumsfeld was from the Chicago area.
