I'm right here. And I'm enjoying being wrong. Hope it lasts the entire season.

You know what?

You get points for hanging it out there...glad to hear it.

I think this all goes along with the topic in the other thread in regards to people see-sawing between hating the team when they suck, and being overly optimistic when they play well. Same goes for Soriano's performance...once again I always find myself doing this.

Teams are taught not to get too high, or too low...why don't we?

Evan, I must admit that I envy your eternal optimism.

Well, this team hasn't been too consistent themselves.

That's part of the sublime joy of being a fan. For me, the highs aren't as high without the lows.

Could this possibly be clever hyperbole?

Mary and Jane will be shocked by that.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.  [Image: ITgoyeg.png]

And I quote, "doesn't belong on a major league roster."

Hence why I'm a dick.
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy
