Marmol still makes my bowels quake every time he pitches.

Nice to get through the big part of their order there. Insurance runs would be nice with the wind howling out though.

One more run and I'll be able to feel safe dropping this deuce I've been holding for 7 innings...

And what they're talking about, I argued about with people yesterday... Wood's 20 K game was more impressive than Buerhle's game. The Astros didn't hit anything out of the infield, the only hit is a groundball that's fielded by a good third baseman. He was unhittable, simply dominating. Buehrle gave up a few hard hit balls, and should've given up a homer even to Kapler. Not taking ANYTHING away from his performance, but Wood's was more impressive to me, biases aside. Oh, and it was a 20-year-old kid doing it as well.

The other difference between the two is that every time I think about Woody's game I get goosebumps. When I hear people talk about Buerhle's I'll secretly hope they have an aneurysm.

And Theriot's been getting great jumps on stolen base attempts lately. Looks like how he was pre-08.
