In what way has the pitching staff "imploded"? It was a rough day today, but the staff wasn't the only problem in the 8 runs. The staff has the 5th best ERA in the Majors, and it has a 3.59 ERA over the last 30 days. If the offense was even slightly competent with this pitching, the Cubs would be 6 games ahead of everyone in the division. The pitching is far from the problem here.

Like I said, I don't give a shit. This team blows ass and all of the DeRosas in the world wouldn't make much of a difference.
