I can't get over how sick the bottom of our order is. Soriano will have PLENTY of chances to knock in runs all season.
If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

WTF is up with this strike zone?

Typical...
This idea of wimping around Pujols is letting Ludwick fuck us

I'm not sure he was wimping around Pujols, he couldn't throw strikes to anyone.

Dempster has always had great stuff, but control has always been his downfall his entire career and the way he has started out this year doesn't look too promising. 10 walks in 15 innings now. He had trouble throwing strikes his last couple starts of ST too.

This time it wasn't, but it's the whole Lou game plan that kills me.

I still say we need an icon of someone smashing stuff for when Theriot does something good.

Hi all, 1st post here. (Gotta pop my cherry sometime. No sense lurking forever)

I'm listening on GameDay. I'm glad Derek got 2 RBIs, but did he need to try for 3rd on that play? Was it just a good throw or a bad decision?

He would have made it had the throw gone all the way to the plate but they cut off even though it would have been fairly close at home, I thought. They took the sure out to make sure they didn't give up any more. Not bad play at all though.
