It's just a big budget b movie. Nothing great about it, but I don't necessarily hate it.

Independence Day was god awful.

"men in black" was beyond terrible. sorry.

"i am legend" was okay. "the omega man" with charlton heston was much much better.

"independence day" was a b movie no doubt. i have a soft spot for disaster/end of the world movies though, so i didn't hate it at all.

butcher hit it on the head though. i don't think will smith is a bad actor at all. i think his movies are shit.

I haven't seen Old Boy (and I'm not sure I want to) so maybe I'm assuming here... but isn't the incest a major part of the film and motivation for the main character to do what he ends up doing?
