I ended up going to the game. Left my office at 2:00, thinking I’d see plenty of the game. This is one thing I don’t like about the new pace of play. Seeing the game on TV is much better. Seeing it in person isn’t as good. I caught 2.5 innings.

My new office is at the Old Post Office on Van Buren. It only took me maybe 40 minutes to get to Wrigley. Took the blue line/red line. Anyway…next time I want to do an impromptu trip to Wrigley I’ll leave earlier.

Hey, Butch. I’m downtown 5 days a week just down the street from you if you ever want to meet up. And I would even suggest the Brown line as the way to go from the west loop to Wrigley.
