Kreplach = dumplings. Deal with it.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

I guess this is as good a place as any for this.
Very entertaining read and it really captures the strangeness that I love in baseball. Plenty of Cubs mentions. http://www.espn.com/mlb/story/_/id/18352...-mlb-great

The most amazing stat from today's HOF announcement is that Pudge Rodriguez will be the first HOFer to have played a single game for the Tigers since Al Kaline retired in 1974.
By comparison, 7 players played for the Cubs in 1974 or later and have been elected to the HOF (Dawson, Eckersley, Jenkins, Maddux, Sandberg, Santo, Williams).
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

Pudge is in? Will this make way for Bonds?

I think Bonds and Clemens both get in.

Yeah, they both have 5 years to make up <25% points each. As the fossil sportswriters die off and are replaced by more stat-friendly new blood who don't care as much about PED's, the electorate will change in their favor.

So Sosa gets screwed?
Wonder if the corked bat is just too much to overlook. I'm not saying his numbers rival Bonds but still.

Sosa was an All-Star, what, seven or eight times? He was MVP once and got MVP votes multiple years. I think he should be in the HOF, but I don't think he'll get in. Too much backlash against him. Same thing with Manny, I think (although Manny got suspended for PEDs).
