Yeah, this is one of those things I think people freak out too much about. Would I rather not have the Nike logo there or the New Era logo on the side of the hats? I guess so. But it doesn't really bother me and it's minor compared to other sports.
This is not some silly theory that's unsupported and deserves being mocked by photos of Xena.

It does look kinda dumb.

Yeah. It would fit better on the arm but I get why Nike wants it there.
Hell, the Oklahoma City Thunder have an advertisement for a chain of truck stops on their jerseys.

I'm really irritated about this Bryant thing. Seriously? We're going to trade a World Series hero, an MVP, and maybe a top 3 Cub of any of our lifetimes because of a bullshit salary cap excuse? Oh, and he's 27 years old. Do they actually think they'll get back equal value for him? This is idiotic.

I don't see it, but if he's going to walk in 2 years, might as well at least see what he is worth to other teams. But if the FO doesn't get at least a couple of can't miss studs in return, you just don't do it. Can't afford to screw this up.

When was the last time you had a big market team fail to extend a big young star they drafted? It's kind of insane. I have to agree with Clapp, I realize he might prefer to play out west but if they wanted to keep him they could.

I love KB, but I don't think he deserves Arenado money given recent injuries. Plus he will be 30 once he hits the open market. What does a reasonable deal look like, and would he even accept one from the Cubs if offered?
