MLB News & Notes (other than Cubs or Sox)
2011 Sox = 2004 Cubs

Only we had a winning record the entire year.

I just hope this isn't their wake up call.

I was more surprised at how good they were last year than I am at how bad they are this year.

The more I see Dunn fail the better.

Unfortunately I don't think Dunn and the Sox will remain the worst team in baseball throughout the year....they should be able to bounce back with the weapons they have.

On paper, they should be the best team in the AL Central, IMO. I think the back end of their bullpen blowing all those games early on has had a huge psychological impact on the rest of the team.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
That lineup has always been streaky. Once those assholes start hitting homeruns they'll win some games.

Every day that they're the worst ball club in Chicago is a blessing.

Why not? I hear Lou is available.
I hate my pretentious sounding username too.

I hope he gets fired so I don't have to hear his big mouth in the Chicago media anymore.

Milwaukee getting swept in a DH by Atlanta today/tonight makes me smile. Not to mention Greinke got pretty shelled.

That Angels/Red Sox game was on until at least 2:30 AM last night. And they're already playing again today.

We wonder abotu Dempster, but what the hell is wrong with Lackey this year? He is getting shelled all over.

My buddy's a diehard Red Sox fan and has been complaining about Lackey daily for weeks. Lackey's fastball hasn't been higher than 89 or so in the games I watch, and is as straight as an arrow. He has nothing right now.

His line today:

3 2/3, 10 H, 9 ER, 2 HR, 2 BB, 3 K
