Has anyone used this program? Thoughts? How can it possibly be legal? I started watching "the Day the Earth Stood Still" yesterday. Am I going to be arrested?

On CNET it claims that it's free to try but $4.99 to own. Is this true, or is there a cracked version out there?

It's free, but that might only last for 1 month. After that, it might be that I have to pay. It's pretty amazing actually. I started watch "Mirrors" last night, and it looked great. I then started watching "The Day the Earth Stood Still", and that looked more like it was filmed in a theater. It was still more than watchable though. And they seem to have an enormous library. But I have to believe I'm breaking the law, right?

Mirrors isn't bad, but is borderline b-movie territory FWIW. Worth one viewing at least.

Also, not sure what the deal is with this software. Nowhere does it mention anything about illegality, but there's this little blurb on their site that has me wondering:

If Angelo had picked McClellin, I would have been expecting to hear by training camp that kid has stage 4 cancer, is actually 5'2" 142 lbs, is a chick who played in a 7 - 0 defensive scheme who only rotated in on downs which were 3 and 34 yds + so is not expecting to play a down in the NFL until the sex change is complete and she puts on another 100 lbs. + but this is Emery's first pick so he'll get a pass with a bit of questioning. - 1060Ivy

BTW, any of those filesharing lawsuits were to those who both downloaded and uploaded. You aren't sharing content so even if it ends up being illegal, you should be in the clear.
