Innings like these make me hate baseball sometimes. How does a well pitched, well-played game turn into an utter disaster?

This game exposes every single one of this team's issues. Poor concentration. Bad defense. Stupidity. Lack of hustle. Weak hitting. Wasted good starting pitching. Bad bullpen.

Castro had a great game all around, and it is completely wasted by the rest of his teammates being dumbasses.

My son's first Cubs game at Wrigley. That should set his expectations at the appropriate level for the rest of his life.
