Graboid - BT - 01-02-2009 Has anyone used this program? Thoughts? How can it possibly be legal? I started watching "the Day the Earth Stood Still" yesterday. Am I going to be arrested? Graboid - Jody - 01-02-2009 Michael Gross HATES graboids!! Graboid - rok - 01-02-2009 On CNET it claims that it's free to try but $4.99 to own. Is this true, or is there a cracked version out there? It's pretty amazing actually. I started watch "Mirrors" last night, and it looked great. I then started watching "The Day the Earth Stood Still", and that looked more like it was filmed in a theater. It was still more than watchable though. And they seem to have an enormous library. But I have to believe I'm breaking the law, right? Also, not sure what the deal is with this software. Nowhere does it mention anything about illegality, but there's this little blurb on their site that has me wondering: <!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->Graboid does not host any content. We only provide links to internet video sources that comply with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA).<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd--> Graboid - Mikey - 01-02-2009 I just downloaded it. I will try it out later. Graboid - bz - 01-06-2009 Graboid - bz - 01-06-2009 BTW, any of those filesharing lawsuits were to those who both downloaded and uploaded. You aren't sharing content so even if it ends up being illegal, you should be in the clear. Graboid - bz - 01-06-2009 Ok, I just downloaded it and understand your concerns. Graboid - CFOrfan - 01-06-2009 I have no idea how to use this program. I think my computer is too sucky for it |
