I basically paid 250 bucks in order to be able to buy 12 tickets before they go on sale to the general public. It has a bunch of other perks, but buying the tickets is the big thing.
You also get to enter Wrigley through a special entrance, gameday audio for the year, 30 trial to MLB TV, and some sort of special day where I can go on the field at Wrigley (non game day). Here is the link
