The Decemberists are coming to Louisville on 8/10. Some real good seats are still available in a theatre that only holds about 1500 people. I like them but not enough that I'd typically go to their concert unless they put on one hell of a show. Can anyone vouch for their live performances?

I was in Oregon last week, staying at a McMennemin's for a wedding reception and they were playing outside next door. We didn't go to the show, but could hear it pretty well from where we were at, and it sounded about as boring and lifeless as could be.

They put on a very good show. I believe they are still playing Hazards of Love in its entirety so if I were you I'd probably base my decision on how you feel about that album, since that is over half of the show.
