It would have been good if the article had at least mentioned Ozzie or his insightful assessment of the potential for improving Wrigley.

I think it means the grey facades all along Addison and Clark.

I was too until I realized that the granite...probably isn't granite.

I do believe that it was Ozzie who brought those rats from US Cellular and let them loose in Wrigley Field if there is any truth that they existed at all.

I like your thinking but I have one issue. Why the hell would rats live around a bunch of White Sox fans? I mean, come on, even vermin have standards.
