Yeah. He gets to everything. It sure would be nice to have a real shortstop like him.

There must be a light that flashes at his desk when someone posts something negative about Gregg. I swear, no more than 60 seconds pass between "Add Reply" and ruby's response. Every time.

Also, Gregg is related to ruby. No question in my mind. It might be by marriage, but there is some connection.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
If people want to complain about him when he screws shit up, that's fine, I don't say anything. I just don't think there's a player on the Cubs that gets unjustified grief on this site more than him. He gave up 2 singles today, that's all he did wrong. Neither of those runs were on him.

He's right though. In 26 of his last 29 outings he hasn't given up an earned run. He's been very good since his struggles in April, and he didn't do anything wrong today.

That doesn't matter to me. I'm still allowed to hate him.

I'm pretty sure Kevin Gregg is hated is because he's Kerry Wood's replacement. He does the same shit Kerry Wood did last year, but Wood got no shit for it.
