Luzardo doesn’t excite me but it’s still dependent on who the Cubs will give up to acquire him.
Seems like Jed gravitated toward pitchers who can’t make it through a season without injury or multiple injuries. Maybe there’s some market inefficiency that Jed has spotted so he expects if he signs enough of these guys at least one can pitch 150+ innings in a season
