I believe he can for sure, and I think threads like this are going to look ridiculous in a few months.

see, what made that funny was the word "stump." if you would have said "tree" and left it at that, it would have been mildly humorous. but "stump" made it funny.

likewise, had you said "thrown his penis in the stands" it would have been fine, but "on to sheffield" took it to another level.

well done.

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->An MRI on Milton Bradley's strained right calf was taken Wednesday, though the Cubs would not say if the strain was moderate or severe.

The Cubs will wait a couple of days before deciding whether or not to place Bradley on the disabled list, though it looks like he may be back this weekend in Cincinnati.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

This worries me the results haven't been announced. I had read we'd know by this afternoon.

Well on the positive side, Fontenot gave the Cubs more today than Bradley probably would have hitting in his most recent spot.

also, from cubs.com:

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->An MRI exam on Wednesday confirmed that he had a strained right calf.

Cubs manager Lou Piniella said afterward that Bradley won't be available for the series finale against the Braves and indicated that a trip to the 15-day disabled list could be looming.

"We're going to see how he feels [Thursday] before we make a decision on what we do," Piniella said.

"You know what the problem is?" the manager added. "I don't know if we have people to bring up."<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->
And he's right, they don't. Bradley is Todd Hundley v2.0

OK, here's the thing. Bradley is clearly a pussy and does not know the difference between pain and injury. I'll bet you that 50% of the Cubs currently have a strain somewhere on their body right now, shit, I'd bet a bunch of the people here have a strain somewhere on their body currently, I know I have one in my hamstring right now. These are the kind of problems that arise all the time and they're the kind of problems that shouldn't cause people to miss weeks of time. A day, maybe a couple, then play through the pain until it's gone. Bradley is a fucking joke and is a fucking drama queen with his "injuries."

Worst signing ever.

Prior actually was tough as nails earlier in his career. Getting tackled like a lineman running into another player and then getting hit by a screaming linedrive off the elbow are probably 10,000 X worse than anything Milton has experienced to this day. The man is made of peanut brittle.

See, I don't think he's made of peanut brittle, I just don't think he knows the difference between pain and an actual injury. He obviously has the pain threshold of a toddler. He should be playing through this latest thing, we all saw the play, the fucker ain't hurt enough to miss time.
