I've got the list for your team here.  You can't keep both of them because they would both cost first round picks and you only have one.  Ordinarily you can keep 2 picks from the same round, it just costs you a higher draft pick.  The exception is if both would require 1st round picks because there is no higher pick (unless you have acquired a second 1st round pick in a trade).
