the kid told me yesterday that he's coming to school today with a broom (maybe i can convince the principal that it's a weapon?).
i should be able to dodge a bullet. the kids have a half day today, so no lunch. if i can hide out in the morning and when they leave, i won't see him til tuesday (voices carry). i just have to lay low and i'll be free for three whole days!

so get this, i've been pretty successful in avoiding this kid today, so what does he do? he comes to my office and gives a package of kleenex to my co-worker and tells her, "give this to the other janitor so he can wipe his tears from crying about the cubs getting swept."

it's getting out of control. i'm at my wits end. everyday now he's yelling across the lunchroom. i'm at a loss because there's only so much i can say to this kid. i don't have my fallback position of saying pujols is gay or that larussa is a transvestite.
two more weeks and this kid is out of my life for good, i just don't know if i can make it that far. i keep asking my mom if i can transfer to a different school, but her response is always, "you don't live with me. you can do whatever you want. you're almost 40 years old." i thought parents were supposed to help their children.
