by the end of the year, bradley is either gonna be the most loved or the most hated player on the team.

I'm thinking loved. The guy is going to mash. He'll be our first real player in RF since Sammy.

Pitchers And Catchers Report - rok - 03-26-2009

If he can stay on the field for more than 100 games and as long as he performs when he does play, I'm gonna love him.

He's polarizing as hell. I think we'll love him, although there will be some invectives unleashed on the game thread, here and there. Just a hunch.

I really can't wait to see Bradley and Lou tag team an ump. It will be awesome.

Hopefully they'll get into an argument with one, too.

<!--quoteo-->QUOTE <!--quotec-->Appearing relaxed and confident after missing the first six weeks of camp while playing for Japan in the World Baseball Classic, Fukudome was at times self-deprecating, boastful and a bit introspective.

What caused him to have so much trouble adjusting in the second half?

"My stupidity," he said, through his new interpreter.

Fukudome then laughed, something he rarely did in public last summer.

He said he had learned from last year's struggles and worked out all winter to be in better shape for the long season.<!--QuoteEnd--><!--QuoteEEnd-->

Seeing some of his ABs in the WBC makes me think his stupidity hasn't been cured.

Just as long as he doesn't injure himself in the process.

Reed's looking pretty damn good in RF today(2 assists, including one to 3rd base when Stewart tagged up on a flyball), and Fontenot made an awesome play on a bunt at 3rd, made it look easy and showed off the arm.

So yeah... DeRosa hit a 2r HR off of Lilly today.

And now a solo.

Good to see Theriot and Reed having great springs. It seems like every box score I see, Theriot has at least a hit or two and a walk or two, just like last year. Today he's 2 for 2 with 2 walks, batting .436. Reed homered in his only at bat, off a righty again. He's batting .339 with 16 RBI.
