Kipnis provides a nice Chicago roots story and some World Series memories so might sell a few jerseys without the baggage of Addison Russell. Probably won't hit worse than the production that 2019 Cubs received from the position. The 2019 Cubs second base position ranked 25th based on WAA producing -1.9. Cleveland with Kipnis was ranked 20th with -1.1 WAA. (Based on Baseball Reference)

Being a LHB, Kipnis also performs much better against RHP, which might provide nice semi-platoon option for Bote and Hoerner.

In the past, I've tried to list the spring training games that would be available on TV at least through an opposing team's broadcast on MLB.TV. That changes a lot this year since Marquee is covering almost all of the games. So, below are the ST games that will not be available on Marquee, but if they will be available elsewhere, that is noted.
I'm not sure if every team has finalized their ST broadcast schedule, so it's possible that some games listed as No TV will end up on MLB.TV because the other team is broadcasting it.
There are only 5 games that will not be on Marquee, which are the 4 days that the Cubs play split squad games. For the first split squad day, March 2, that is the only day all spring on which the Cubs play but there is no game on Marquee. However, ESPN is broadcasting one of those games.
