to me they have similar styles is all. when kasper came on, i had no interest in him, but the more i listenend to him, the more i realized that he wasn't all that much different than chip. sorry i can't be more specific, they're just the same guy. they are. the differences are small.
i'm not saying that in a bad way. i liked chip and i like kasper.......because they're the same.

I always thought he was a total Goober. I know that Stoney and his relationship grew into one of respect and friendship but early on it was obvious Steve was annoyed as much as I was by him.
