With the team that guy built, the players he got, how come we never thought about hiring Luhnow? Is it because Hoyer is calling the shots and wanted someone junior under him and that wasn't Luhnow?
I don't get why everyone else has jobs but that guy doesn't.
I know they showed themselves to be a pretty shitty organization when their assistant GM was a complete asshole to that reporter during the locker room celebration and then they tried to blame the reporter he was screaming at. And Luhnow signed off on that. Maybe he's an asshole and that's why no team has been interested thus far.
Seems like someone is going to get him at some point and he's going to build something with them (probably a team like the Mets).
